Hi Guys,
I have a problem to transport the GRA Ant-Arena to Gent. My car is too small (or the Arena to big). Is there another solution for the Ants? I'm really sorry.

Hello Roboteers,
It is going to be a great weekend with 2 days of robot mayhem!
Here is all you need to know:
The doors open @ 10:00 for the public, please be sure u arrive before 9:15 both day’s! Saturday will be a day of robot fun fights and whiteboards, Sunday will be a day of competition.
Parking will be on Parking 5A, there is a card needed to enter, There will be someone near the gate of the parking to give you this card, this will be someone of the crew of Dutch robot Games (most likely myself). Please print out the attached parking card and place behind your windscreen so we can identify you easily.

Take the highway “E40”, take exit 14 “Sint-Denijs-Westrem” and follow the signs “Expo”
ARNEA LOCATION

ARENA BUILD UP
On Friday we will assemble the arena, the building will start around 12.00, parking is free on parking 5A during this day, if you can help it would be great!
ARENA DISASAMBLY
Sunday @ 17:00 we will disassemble the arena and clean up. It would be great if you can stick around and help, if we all work together it will be done in a hour.
FINAL NOTE
The main objective is to have fun this weekend! There are some nasty spinner robots, if you don’t want to fight them, let us know! Also, of you have some old equipment laying around, like a microwave or vacuum cleaner that can be destroyed during demos, bring it along!

Ik heb hier nog een stofzuiger. Ligt al een jaar klaar voor de arena.
Misschien nog even kijken in de kringloopwinkel of die tuinkabouters er nog staan...

Een whiteboard heb ik helaas niet beschikbaar, dus als iemand anders die heeft: graag meebrengen. Liefst een beschrijfbare en metalen versie (wegens magneet-naambordjes).

Ik niet, ik moet tot 16u30 werken en station moet bemand blijven

Ik heb vanmiddag rond 15u nog een finaal gesprek over verloning bij een grote Farmaceutische firma.

Dus helaas. Zodadelijk wel de CO2 gaan halen.
